Rickey & family,

I worked with Joe and you in the summer of 1977 on the water treatment plant project in Glenwood. Joe was one of the nicest men I ever met. I thought of him as a gentle giant. He was man that could operate any machinery and had great skills. Although it’s been 45 years since that summer, I have fond memories of that summer job because of Joe.
Prayers for your peace and comfort.

Carolyn, Rick, & Steve, I just wanted to let you all know that my heart goes out to you all and you're all in our prayers. You have all been a part of my life for a long time and Joe was a very special person. He always had a smile on his face and could always make you laugh even when you didn't feel like it. He will be greatly missed and just know if you ever need anything, all you have to do is call. Love all of you dearly.
