Rev. Mark Ragsdale, age 61, of Flippin, Arkansas went to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday October 11, 2022 at his home.
Mark was born March 7, 1961 to Adolph Ragsdale and Margie Gullett Ragsdale.
Mark was a man of strong faith who loved and served the Lord with all of his heart. He devoted his life to preaching the gospel and throughout his ministry so many lives were touched. He loved his family unconditionally and they meant more to him than anything in this world. He was the pastor of White River Full Gospel Church for the past 20 years and loved his church family dearly. He also enjoyed the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and horseback riding, but his greatest love was spending time in God's word.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Brenda Ragsdale; his dad, Adolph and Wanda Ragsdale of Hector, Arkansas; a daughter, Stephanie Profitt (Jamie) of Hector, Arkansas; a daughter, Amy Burris (Jeff) of Flippin, Arkansas; a son, Marcus Ragsdale (Sydney) of Flippin, Arkansas; nine grandchildren, Caleb Profitt (Faith), Leah Profitt, Jeremiah Profitt of Hector, Arkansas; Emri Burris, Gunner Burris and Boone Burris of Flippin Arkansas; Harper Ragsdale and Tucker Ragsdale of Flippin, Arkansas; his brother, Josh Ragsdale and many more family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Margie Gullett Ragsdale and a sister, Linda Thacker.
Visitation for Mark will be Noon - 2:00 pm Friday, October 14, 2022 at White River Full Gospel Church in Flippin, Arkansas.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Friday October 14, 2022 at White River Full Gospel Church with Bro. David Owens, Bro. Mike Chisum and Bro. Bobby Copeland officiating.
Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery near Flippin.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Profitt, Caleb Profitt, Jeff Burris, Mike Rochow, Ty Bowman and Richard Lyon.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Members of White River Full Gospel Church.
Arrangements are by Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville.

Im sorry for your loss. I was friends with your Dad back in the Early 90's. I met him through my boyfriend Chum Edgell. They were good friends back then. I thought alot of Mark Ragsdale, friendly, Godly man. I remember when he was building our house on Cedar Grove road in Hector, he worked with Bill and Randy Larue, he would play and talk to me. Years ago. Give me boxes to play in and was friends ever since. It was just a month ago he preached for us at Fallingwater church and did a great job. How he will be missed. Prayers for the family!! I'm sorry Isaac and I can't attend the funeral I have to work as fire danger is to high for me to leave the area and Isaac has football game to travel too, but y'all will be in our prayers.

marks familiy, so sorry for your loss...i grew up with mark at hector and when my familiy moved to buttermilk in 1972 he was our first friend there. so many great memories from those days. he and my brother dwayne also were good friends. they use to play in his barn jumping off of hay bales! he showed us around buttermilk and in return we showed him our halloween candy trail in russellville! so much fun then....he will be greatly missed

I’m very sad to hear about Mark passing. I take comfort in knowing he is with the Lord. I went to high school with Mark. I played football with him. Nobody hit harder than he did.
