Clifford William Herbst, Jr., 70, of Subiaco, Arkansas passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022 in Fort Smith.
He was born on December 18, 1951 in San Antonio, Texas to his parents, Clifford William Herbst, Sr. and Adeline M. (Kluth) Herbst.
Clifford was retired from the United States Navy and was a lifetime member of the NRA. He worked for several years at Lensing Brothers Lumber and Supply in Subiaco and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Karl Herbst.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Karron C. (Combs) Herbst of Subiaco; one son, John Herbst and wife, Tara of Kempner, Texas; one sister, Rhonda Hrna and husband, Edward of Floresville, Texas; two grandchildren, Amillie Herbst and Riley Herbst; two nieces; one nephew; other family members and friends.
There will be a memorial graveside service and burial at 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 11, 2022. at Prairie View Cemetery.
Cremation and memorial service arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
