Patsy Miller, 92, a resident of Paris, passed away Monday, October 3, 2022, in Paris, Arkansas.
She was born April 26, 1930 in the Cookson Hills, Cherokee County, Oklahoma to the late Jack and Bluie (Carlile) Ballew. Patsy was a member of the Paris First United Methodist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, T.T.T. Society and a founding member of the Little Creek Lady's Golf Association.
In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Martin Kirby "Mart" Miller; three sisters, Meldean Vore and husband, Huton, Kathleen Campbell and Emma Lee Bailey and husband, Lavelle; two brothers-in-law, Dale Buse and Dr. Dow Miller and wife, Billye.
Survivors include a son, Kirby Miller and wife, Joann of Paris; a daughter, Martha Phillips and husband, David of Paris; two grandsons, David Owen Phillips and wife, Ellen of Subiaco and Jack Miller and wife, Kaelin of Paris; a great granddaughter, Breanna Miller of Paris; a sister, Oleta Buse of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma and numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing hours will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Oakwood Cemetery in Paris. Burial will follow under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

Aunt Patsy was sweet, funny, all business, and she brightened my heart. I spent many summers at her house with her and my uncle Mart. My 2 cousins are pretty nice, too. Aunt Patsy - I love you and I am sad that I cannot hug you.

Just went by her house a little bit ago and saw several cars and wondered if something had happen. Patsy always set by or behind me at church. When I would ask her how she was, she would say I played golf this week so it's a good week. She didn't like the cold weather because she couldn't play golf.
