of Mountain View, AR
December 11, 1932 - September 14, 2022
Willie Henryetta Storey of Mountain View went to be with the Lord on September 14, 2022. Willie was a long-time resident of Mountain View and truly loved the small town she called home.
Willie was a beloved member of the community. She loved to socialize, had a great sense of humor and was a hard worker. Willie always brought a smile and loved to tell jokes. She loved cooking, especially delicious treats like beans and cornbread. Willie had a huge love of animals and had many horses, dogs and cats throughout her life. She especially loved her two Pekingese-Shih Tzu dogs, who always brought joy and a smile to her face.
Above all, Willie loved God and her family and set a great example for how to live. She passed on many valuable life lessons, many of which will be passed on through generations to come.
Willie was preceded in death by the love of her life, Billy Carl Storey, whom she was married to for 70 years. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Betty Lou Storey Ferrand; her mother and father, Theodore and Minnie Callison and her beloved big sister, Betty Burdyshaw.
She was the mother of Joseph Carl Storey of Austin, Texas and the late Betty Lou Storey Ferrand. She was Grandmother to Christopher Ferrand, Crystal Storey and Jason Storey and was the Great Grandmother of 8 beautiful great-grandchildren.
She will be missed greatly by those she loved and those who loved her. May she rest in peace, following a life well lived.

So sorry for your loss Joey. We are praying for your family.
Joey so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. She always made us laugh in our days at Thriftway. Will be praying for you and family.
Joey, both Willie and Bill were close friends of ours. We enjoyed their humor and friendship. I go way back with your family to when I worked for your grandfather Mr. Storey and for your dad at the car lot. I have many wonderful memories. They are both missed but look forward to seeing them again. Can’t come to funeral due to sickness I don’t want to spread. You are in our prayers. Much love, Bill and Sharon GIberson
Willie touched a lot of peoples hearts. She took care of my youngest and I always said that she helped me spoil him. I always knew he was safe with her. She will be missed.
