Nicholas Melnick, age 77, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022 in Helena, Arkansas. Nick was born in Germany on Thursday, November 2, 1944 to the late Alexander and Matrona Melnick. Nick came into the United States in 1951 and later joined the Army on July 6, 1965. After Nick was discharged from the Army and he then later joined the National Guard.
He is survived his daughters, Melynda Minor and Nichole (Andy) Evans; son, Scott Melnick; grandchildren, Carley and Taylor Minor, Dylan Evans; sisters, Kathy (Virgil) Gravenmier and Tinya Passmore and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Wera Steffanoff and Nadja Cronk.
A memorial service for Nicholas Melnick will be held at a later date.
