Mrs. Ruby (Lawrence) Gammill, 77, of Onia, Arkansas departed this life on August 18, 2022 in Batesville, Arkansas. She was born October 11, 1944 to Thomas and Atha Gertrude (Qualls) Lawrence in Big Flat, Arkansas.

Ruby was a homemaker who loved her family above all else. She held a special place in her heart for her brothers and sisters, as they were her closet friends. Ruby was of the Baptist faith and a member of Fair View Baptist Church. She loved quilting, gardening and tending to her flowers.

Ruby is survived by one son, James Gammill (Beth); one daughter, Kathy Gammill; three sisters; one brother; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Max Gammill and son, Michael Gammill.

A graveside service will be held on August 20, 2022 at 2:00PM at Pordue Cemetery, in Onia, Arkansas.
