Irene Keeling, 83, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away peacefully Monday, August 15, 2022. She was born Saturday, October 15, 1938 to Ira Huff and Dovie Vest Huff in Marianna, Arkansas.
She is survived by one daughter, Aneita Lamb (Keith), of Marianna, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Kelsey Lamb, Kaleb Lamb, both of Marianna, Arkansas; one sister, Clara Mae Lightsey of Tinley Park, Illinois and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Thomas Keeling and one son, Charles Emmitt Keeling; one sister, Ella Wilson and two brothers, Buddy Huff and Doyle Huff.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Marianna Memorial Park in Marianna, Arkansas. Family and friends may view online guestbook www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/Marianna

Ms. Irene let me spend many days with her throughout the Summers of my childhood. She always let me tag along and never made me feel like a burden (though I’m sure I was). She always made sure is he got me a slushy orange juice out of the freezer at lunch time during school because she knew they were my favorite. I am so sorry for your loss as she was truly a remarkable woman. I always cherish our memories. My thoughts, love, and prayers are with you.

My aunt Irene was a strong and determined woman. Quiet and sweet but she could be hard as nails if you ticked her off. That trademark red hair and fierce temper runs in our family. She was definitely one of a kind. I loved her dearly. Although I cannot be there today for your final goodbye, I will be thinking of you. Spread your wings and fly away to that heaven in the sky.
