Frances Rhea Ng, 98, of Alexander, AR passed away at her home on July 14, 2022. She was born in Hattieville, AR on March 22, 1924 to Thomas and Essie Fellers Welch. Frances is survived by her son, James Allen Harris; brothers, Edger N., Jimmy Carol and Jerry Don Welch; sister, Lottie Sue Denton, nieces, nephews and friends.
Frances could often be found in her flower garden or making quilts. She was an avid collector of dolls. She was a member of Vimy Ridge Church in Alexander.
In addition to her parents, other family members preceding Frances in death include her husband, Jimmy Ng; sisters, Hattie Fay Fought and Betty Rose Liemke and brothers, Jay T, Raymond Lee, Hershell Dewayne and Billy Ray Welch.
Graveside services for Frances will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Ball Hill Cemetery, Old Hickory, Arkansas. The family is being served by Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home, Benton, AR.
