Kathy Sue Wilson, 69, of Searcy, Arkansas went to be with the Lord July 11, 2022. She was born May 29, 1953 at Waldo, Arkansas to the late Dillard and Glenda Shackelford.
Kathy was quiet and kind, a light to everyone she met. She was a loving mother and wife, sharing over 50 years with her beloved husband Sam, and you would never see one without the other. Together they loved to travel, seeing beautiful places and enjoying new experiences. She was a long time member of Trinity Baptist Church.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Samuel Wilson; two daughters, Stacy Wilson and Tanya (Scott) Biddle; 2 grandchildren, Zephi and Zeb Biddle; and one sister, Tammy (Jeff) Henson.
A visitation will be held at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home chapel on July 16, 2022 at 9 AM, with memorial service following at 10 AM.

Sam,
I was so disturbed to hear of the passing of Kathy. Shocked would even have been a better description.
You were both so special to Karyl and Me - a true faithful friendship. Sam, your thinking was always a step ahead of the curve. Thanks for leading the way. I hope we were a help to each other’s journey. Thank God for Jesus, the Christ’s, resurrection!
I pray for you and the girls often. May you continue to be comforted by God’s Spirit!
