Ruth Darlene Creek

of Benton, AR

May 26, 1932 - June 7, 2022

Ruth D. Creek, 90, (she made her goal) of Benton died on June 7, 2022. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clell G. (Jack) Creek.

Ruth was an Army wife and traveled to many places. She was an RN and excelled in the administrative side of the medical field. She retired from Washington Regional Medical Center as an Assistant Administrator.

Ruth loved to knit and everyone received socks for Christmas. She was an avid reader and loved to paint pictures. When she started a project it was full speed ahead.

We would like to thank all of her nurses and aides with Hospice Home Care for the excellent care and support provided from Pallative Care through Comfort Care in Patient.

Ruth is survived by her daughter, Denise Zuber (John) of Benton; her son, Charles G. Creek of El Paso, Texas; two granddaughters, Shalene Jacobson of Dallas, Texas, Barbara Marshall of Benton; two great-granddaughters and four great-great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 13, 2022 in the Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Vicky Wingfield officiating. A visitation will be one hour prior to service from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M.

Such a smart, witty and talented lady who will be missed. She lived well in a home made very special by her daughter and son-in-law, such dear friends. We mourn our loss but can take comfort knowing she has peace. We will miss her smiles and laughter - we will miss her presence.
