Phyllis King, age 80, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away on May 17, 2022 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mrs. King was born on December 14, 1941 in Port Homer, Ohio. She was a member of West Helena Methodist Church, the Eastern Star Organization and The Woman's Army Corp. She enjoyed eating out and shopping with her caretaker Lillie.
She is survived by three sisters, Connie Winland of Ohio, Bonnie Wedger (George) of Ohio and Carol Farmsworth (Bus) of Ohio; a loving caretaker, Lillie Mathews and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard King; son, Homer King; sister, Shirley Gleason and parents.
A graveside service for Mrs. Phyllis King will be announced at a later date.
Memorials can be made to the West Helena Methodist Church.

Phyllis was a blessing to us at our church. She and her kind wit will be sadly missed. My great aunt was in the WAC in WWII; Phyllis was a noble servant to our country.
