Shirley Mae Baysinger, age 76 of Harriet, Arkansas passed from this life on Monday, May 16th, 2022 at her home. She was born in Monroe, Arkansas on February 2nd, 1946 to Alvin Edward Foster and Naomi Loretta Mull Foster.
Shirley enjoyed attending church and especially enjoyed singing. She was an avid reader and loved going on trips to the beach. She was NOT a morning person, hated Mondays and enjoyed her retirement immensely. Shirley loved animals. Her dogs, Archie and Roxie held a special place in her heart as did her beloved cats, Sugar, Vada, Monkey and Tigger. She was a kind, generous lady who looked past faults, always called everyone "sweetie" and only looked for the good in her family and friends.
Survivors include her sister, Linda Anderson (David) of Conway; nephews, Lewis Mathews Jr. (Sheri) of Bismarck, Heath Mathews of Harriet, Paul Mathews (Kristy) of Pangburn, Gary Foster (Cheryl) of Jonesboro and Jerry Foster (Judi) of San Andreas, CA; step-children, Ann Taylor (Robert) of Pangburn, Greg Baysinger of Cabot, Judith Baysinger (Tonya Catlett) of North Little Rock and Clydette Borawski (David) of Winter Haven, Florida; and numerous extended family members and friends who will mourn her passing.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Naomi Foster; her beloved husband of 32 years, Hubert Archie Baysinger who passed away in 2015; brother, Wayne Foster; and nephew, Kenny Foster.
Memorial services for Shirley will be 12:00 PM Saturday, May 21st, 2022 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Tim Baysinger and Bro. Blaine Moffet officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery.

We are so sorry for this most disheartened time. We only met Shirley a few times but have heard all of the wonderful stories about her over the years and knew that she was a warm-hearted, generous person who was loved by many. Her life and memories will live on in those who knew and loved her.
