Doris Jean Doss, 71, of Turrell, passed away Monday, May 9, 2022. She was born September 28, 1950 in Osceola to Charlie Garner and Pleasant Elizabeth Frisbee. Doris worked as a post master for the U.S. Postal Service for many years. She enjoyed working in her yard and spending time with her family. Doris truly loved her family. She met the love of her life, David, and married him on November 3, 1967. She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving daughter, Donna Jo Doss; son, Dale Edward Doss; daughter-in-love, Jada Doss; grandchildren, Kierra Doss, Britany Doss, Morgan Doss, Dale Doss II, Justin Doss, Jeannie (Derrick) Davidson, Ashley (Nelson) Woodard, Jason Davidson; great-grandchildren, King Doss, Kyrin Doss, Brantley Doss, RaeLee Cullen, Makayla Cullen, Landon Cullen, Ava-James Woodard and Alyssa Davidson; sister, Glenda Dollar, several nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, parents, sisters, Gladys Polk, Charlene Bledsoe; brothers, Ralph Frisbee, Franklin Frisbee, Marvin Frisbee, Carl Frisbee; and grandson, Reginald White. The visitation will be at Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola on Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be at Roller-Swift Funeral Home on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 1:00 PM. Interment will be at Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto.
