So sorry to hear the news that Freeda passed away. As a young girl my parents would take us to visit our family in Thida. I can remember sitting on the porch, sipping well water and that occasional trek to the outhouse. Way into our adult lives I would get to see Freeda at family reunions and when we would get together to celebrate birthdays. After Covid hit with the social gatherings being discouraged, I didn’t get to see Freeda anymore. I’m sorry that life circumstances kept us from seeing each other. See was a nice cousin and will be missed by so many.
Our prayers are with you ðŸ™
I was raised at Thida with Vincent and Freeda. We went to school and rode the bus together, picked cotton, and all the things country kids did then. They were both older than me and looked out for me. I last saw them at a funeral in Newport years ago and we had a great visit. You all were lucky to have such good people as parents.
With deepest sympathy to all.

Teresa, so sorry for your loss. While you are mourning the loss of your mom, others in heaven are rejoicing to see her. God bless you and your family.
Teresa,
A mother smile is like the sun, shine so bright
A mother touch is like the rain, wash it all away
A mother kiss is like a strawberry, all so sweet
A mother love is like no other, forever so deep
