I didn’t know Modena personally but I got her Sunday school lessons every week. My very good friend is the sister of Moderna’s husband. She was a giving person. She’ll be missed by all who knew her.
I had the pleasure of working with Modena at the City of Little Rock for twenty years. A more positive thinking person I have never met. So sorry to hear of her passing but know that our loss is heavens gain - God Bless You Young Lady
I am so saddened to hear of Modena’s passing. She always had a positive message to share. I will cherish the gift she sent me upon my graduation from nursing school. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I met Modena in March 1980 as we worked together in Word Processing with the City of Little Rock.
She was a beautiful soul and her eyesight did not dim her Spirit. My deepest condolences to John and the entire family.
Modena is singing with Jesus now. Her vision is perfect. My heart hurts for John and family and her ladies at Church. She will be missed greatly. 😢
