Best neighbor ever, we will always miss our good friend and good neighbor. We thought Fred would be coming home from the hospital again but this time we weren’t that lucky. The neighborhood just won’t be the same without Fred. Jeanne and Fred always had time to stop and talk for a few minutes when ever they came by and always a honk of the horn for their friends. We are so sad for Jeanne and anyone else who knew Fred because he was a very good man and if you were his friend you knew that he valued that friendship. I hope there is a 1986 Chevrolet short bed pick up truck in heaven for Fred to work on because he enjoyed doing that and I was honored to help him with it from time to time. Rest in peace Fred.
