Penelope ''Penny'' Osburn, age 78, passed away Sunday February 27, 2022 in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Penny was born in January 31, 1944 in Harrison, Arkansas to the late David George and Mabel Marie (DePriest) Young. A lifelong resident of the area, she had been employed as a CPA. She was a member of Main Street Church of Christ, a former councilwoman for the City of Pyatt. She was a very loving mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Osburn is survived by her son James Osburn (Tina) of Diamond City, Arkansas; two daughters: Penelope Anne Osburn of Fayetteville, Arkansas; Lisa Magaña (John) of Ventura, California; her sister Judy Snow (Jerry) of Everton Arkansas; nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband James ''Jim'' Osburn.

A memorial service will be 1:00 pm Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home Chapel in Yellville.

Penny, eventhough we usually didn't get to see and visit except at social gatherings. I always enjoyed our interesting conversations. I'll miss you. And say "HI" to Everyone up there for the rest of us! Doug Rose and the rest of the ROSE FAMILY.
