David Earl Box, 85, of Humphrey, Arkansas died Wednesday, February 23, 2022 in Kensett, Arkansas. David was born to Prince (Pat) Box and Irene Brown Box on February 6, 1937 in Humnoke, Arkansas.
David was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. David was in law enforcement for 27 years with Stuttgart Police Department, Arkansas County Sheriff's Office and was a City Marshall for Humphrey also. David was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed deer, duck and turkey hunting.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers: Jimmy, Tony and Teddy Box; 2 nephews: Jeff and Michael Don Shumate and 2 nieces: Carla and Darla Box.
Survivors are 3: sons David Box (Juanita) of Newport, Kelly Box (Danyell) of Stuttgart and Patrick Box of Humphrey; 1 daughter: Angelia Lawrence (Tony) of Kensett; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grand-children; 1 sister: Patsy Luroyce Shumate of Humnoke; several nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family.
Funeral services will be on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 2:00 P. M. at Roller England Funeral Home by Bro. Mitch Dulaney. Burial will be in Hamilton Cemetery, By Roller England Funeral Home. Visitation will be a 1:00 P. M. Monday at the Funeral Home.
