Billy Dale Allen, 80, of Keiser, passed away, February 22, 2022. He was born December 25, 1941 to Willie and Alfie Allen. He was a member of Keiser Chapel. He retired from the City of Keiser as the manager of the Water and Sewer Department, was a member of the Keiser Volunteer Fire Department for over 40 years. He enjoyed working in his yard, camping, horse riding building things for his family and friends. He was survived by his wife: Peggy Allen; sons: Ricky Dale Allen (Lonna), Joe Bell Allen (Annette), Scott Coatney (Debra) and Allen Coatney (Mary); daughters: Shae Griffin (Lonzie) and Lynn Yates; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters: Kay Francis Robertson and Annie Lou Fourtner. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister: Alice Coatney and many half brothers and sisters. There are no services planed at this time.
