My and my sister Marie's condolences on Chuck's passing to Shane, Mary, Shannon and the rest of the Family. My sister and I loved the salads he had at the store. Enjoyed talking to him when he was able to attend Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners at Shane and Mary's house. A true Flippin resident that will be missed greatly.

Chuck was a kind man, his warm smile, good food, and meats kept people coming back. Our office was right across the street, we saw him almost daily for many years. He always treated his customers as friends, he and the store are missed by many. A life well done. Our deepest condolences to the family. Doc and Meg Simons

Shane, Mary, and Shannon we are so sorry to hear of Chuck’s passing. So many of us have fond memories of going to Sanders after school or before ballgames to grab something to eat and always seeing Chuck behind the meat counter. He was loved and respected by everyone and made the best sandwiches! Our hearts are saddened for you and all the family for your loss. May God bring you strength comfort and peace in the days ahead. Our Real Estate office was across the street from Sanders and Son Grocery. Almost every day we walked across the street and Chuck greeted everyone with a smile and the best home made sandwiches around. His steaks couldn’t be beat. But best of all, Chuck made you feel welcome and happy to see you. He was a good ambassador for our town. Flippin will miss you!

As long as I can remember Sanders was the place to go for so many things. I remember walking there with my cousin in the summer- Chuck was always kind. As my kids grew up in Flippin, my son, Brenton, loved grabbing breakfast there after morning workouts. He loved going there! Chuck you be missed! Hugs and prayers for all of you!

Chuck was a good and kind man.
We used to kid about his "light" thumb when he was weighing meat! We mourned when he closed the store, but celebrated his opportunity to rest.
He was a good and faithful servant of the Lord and all of his customers.
Rest in peace, friend.
