Leslie and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I am praying for peace and comfort for you and your family along with your father's friends. Keri
Aunt Jo Ann, we were all saddened to hear of Jimmy’s passing but we have lots of memories to fall back to when we think of him. The last time I spoke with him was on January 5th when he called and sang Happy Birthday to Linda! We will always remember that call. Dad and I have shared several memories as well over the past several days. Circumstances will keep us from being able to attend his visitation tomorrow but know that you and the rest of the family are in our thoughts and prayers. Uncle Jimmy fought a lot of battles but today we know he won the war! Love you all very much.
Leslie, my condolences to you and your family. I met your dad a little while back. I was immediately drawn to him, because he reminded me of my dad. We had a good laugh together. I pray God's peace upon your family. My prayers are with you all.
Love you girl!!
Ruby

Joann and family, I am sorry to learn of Jims passing. I first met Jim in 1970 when we worked for Environmental Design in Little Rock. We had remained friends and shared information on many surveys we have done in and round central Arkansas. My prayers are with you and the family.
Jo Ann, Leslie, Laura, & extended family,
We are very sorry to learn of Jim's passing, he was a very fine man. I first met Jim in 1988 and was always impressed with his deep love for his family and community. I have very fond memories of working and socializing with Jim over the years on various local projects, his quiet intellect and generous manner was very special to me. Jim was very liked and respected, and his work ethic was admired by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family at this difficult time, Jim will be very much missed, but his positive legacy of love and community service will live forever.
Respectfully- Thomas "Boo" McDonald
Sending our love and prayers to Jo Ann, Leslie, Paul, Matthew, Drew and Laura and all Jim’s family. May your loving memories bring you many warm & comforting moments in the days ahead. Love, Lucy & Don

Uncle Jimmy was a special part of the Butler clan. He and Grandma Butler lived with my family in Dexter, MO, in the late 1950s. Jim often reminded me that he remembered when I was born (1957) and how my parents doted on me because I was the only girl in our family. Since I was too young to remember, I loved hearing his recollections of the time he lived with us. Jim loved all the Butlers and made it a point to tell us what we meant to him. I am so sad he has passed, but I know I'll see him again one day -- and all the Butlers will be reunited!
My prayers are with you all! Uncle Jimmy I will miss you!
