Dale O. Green, of Bryant AR, passed away on Wednesday January 12, 2022. He was 84 years old. Dale was born April 26, 1937 in Bauxite, Arkansas to Charles and Evaline Green. He grew up and attended school there playing baseball, basketball, and football. He graduated in 1954 as class Valedictorian. He then went to college at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he earned a degree in engineering. After graduation he went to work for Lockhead, then Baldwin-Shell, where one of his many accomplishments was helping design pars for the space shuttle.
After retirement, Dale enjoyed horse racing, golf, and fantasy football. He loved Razorback football and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
He was a devoted dad to his girls Julie and Kelle. Dale is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Kelle Green and his sister Gene Tedford . He is survived by his daughter Julie Joyce of Arkadelphia and by his brother Hugh Green of Drasco, Arkansas.
Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, 3:00 PM On January 18, 2022 at Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home.

We are fortunate to have known Dale. He was kind, smart, funny and a great “Papa Dale†to our boys. We’ll miss him and remember him fondly. Rest easy Dale.
