My sympathies to the family and friends in their loss. loretta was my class mate all the way through our 12 years at Marshall School. In grade school was the first time I met her. She was at my table in first grade with Mrs Morrison as our teacher. She and I and others played together at recess.
We were together in every class all the way through grade school, and most in high school, then graduated together in 1966. we got to see each other at different activities in Marshall. She was such a dear
kind person. Prayers for peace and comfort, Marinda (Allen) Holliman

Aunt Loretta was one of the best women I have had the pleasure of knowing. Her life was riddled with heartache, but she just kept pressing through and loving people in the middle of it all. She will always hold a special place in my heart. She recklessly loved her family through good times and times that were indescribably hard. She also loved Conway Twitty and Elvis Presley. Most important, she loved Jesus, her Savior. There is absolutely NOTHING negative that comes to mind when I think of my aunt Loretta. She was a one of a kind gem of a lady. I am so grateful for the hope that I hold in my heart that we will be together in Heaven. I love you and will miss you, aunt Loretta. See you soon!
