Dear family, I was shocked and saddened to see Myerline's obituary just today! I am so sorry I did not know when she went to heaven. I occasionally look at Benton area Funeral Homes Websites but seldom check this site. My parents, especially my Daddy, LOVED Max and Myerline. My Daddy, E. Lowe Stone, pastored Sharon Baptist Church in the 1950's and was pastor there when he married my Mother. He spent lots of time with your parents where your Mom always said he walked in the back door hollering "Myerline, do you have any bologna?" After I started caring for Jewell Ballard she insisted that I bring her from Fort Smith to Benton for Myerline to do her hair. Uncle Morris and Aunt Deanie loved both of your parents. What she for many years believed by faith, she now knows by sight! I am sure she went dancing in to heaven. I know she wanted to see her Saviour first of all, but I know Max had to be nearby. I know my Daddy welcomed her home. Love and prayers as you adjust to life without your Mom and Grandmother. She was a happy wonderful person....a life well lived. Everyone loved Myerline. She did my hair for years and I enjoyed my time with her each week so much.
