Heather K. Donley, age 43, of Mulberry, Arkansas passed peacefully Thursday December 30, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Heather was born November 18, 1978 in Yellville, Arkansas to Randall and Shirley (Martin) Wisham. A 1997 graduate of Yellville-Summit High School, she was a homemaker. Her wit and charm saw her through life.

Heather is survived by her son August Poole of Summit, Arkansas; her daughter Kendra Wisham of Mountain Home, Arkansas; her brother Jeff Wisham of Lake City, Arkansas; her sister Kelsey (James, Jr.) Mandrell of Yellville, Arkansas; her father Randall Wisham of Violet Hill, Arkansas; her mother Shirley Martin of Harrison, Arkansas; her step-father Bill Martin of Summit, Arkansas; her grandfather Bobby Wisham of Ravenden, Arkansas; nieces and nephew: Dynese Mandrell, Bradley Mandrell, Brookelynn Mandrell, and James Mandrell, III.

She was preceded in death by her brother Jeremy Wisham, and her grandparents: Earmon Martin, Maxine Martin, Pat Wisham.

Arrangements by Roller-Burns Funeral Home are private.

The family will hold private services at a later date.

I knew Heather as a Church member at Union Road Assembly of God. She was always dressed in the prettiest dresses in Sunday school. Later, as teens, we were fellow high school students. Heather was a gentle soul certainly taken too soon. We pray for peace and comfort for the family.
