Shirley Diane Helphenstine, age 66, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday December 28, 2021 at her home.

Shirley was born November 28, 1955 in Phoenix, Arizona to the late Fred and Armetha Lackey. She had been employed with the United States Postal Service. She like puzzles, board games, enjoyed cooking and traveling, camping, and the outdoors. Shirley loved her family which included her 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Helphentine is survived by her husband, Donald Helphenstine of the home; her son Donald Ray (Lori) Herbert of Ringgold, Georgia; her daughters: Kathryne Malpus of Mobile, Alabama; Brandi (Heath) Riley of El Reno, Oklahoma; Angel Kennedy of Virginia; Lacy Kelly of Leavenworth, Kansas; her sister Cindy (Michael) Moreland of Longview, Texas; her 17 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Private arrangements are by Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville.
