Myrna Loy Pruitt, age 87, passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Crestpark Nursing Home in Helena, Arkansas. She was born October 18, 1934 in Lambert, Mississippi to the late Susie Hancock Griffin and William Henry Griffin.
She is survived by he two sons, Eric Pruitt of Byhalia, Mississippi and Lonnie Pruitt of Virginia Beach, Virginia; two daughters, Susan Pruitt of Memphis, Tennessee and Karen Hudson (Gary) of West Helena, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren; brother, Howard Griffin (Evelyn); three sisters, Shirly Burk, Linda Webb, and Pat Clark (Romey); a host of other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by parents; husband, Lonzo; two sons; one daughter in law; two brothers; and one sister.
A visitation for Mrs. Myrna Loy Pruitt will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Helena, Arkansas.

Ms Mryna cooked me and my family and friends many a hamburgers, french fries, and bar-b-que sandwichs at Midway Bowling Lanes. She was a good cook! I miss those days.
Even though this is a hard time, the Lord will give you the strength and comfort you need.
