James William Preston, 87, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas was born on April 18, 1934 to the late George D. and Ruth G. (Worman) Preston and passed from this life on December 24, 2021 at his home in Fairfield Bay. He worked for many years as a Medical Systems Analyst for the General Electric Company.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Kerry Lee Preston and one brother, Jerry Preston.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Juanita Jude (Berghorn) Preston, two daughters; Korene E. Christianson (Guy), Rebecca Westermann (Pete), one daughter-in-law, Kim Preston, two sons; James Mark Preston (Lori), Paul Preston (Genny), fifteen grandchildren; Tracie, Nick, Kyle, Ben, Joey, Jamie, Conie, Ross, Melinda, Zachary, Phillip, Jessica, Joshua, Micah, Micaela, fourteen great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
The memorial service for Mr. Preston has been postponed until a later date due to a health related emergency.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faith Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer's Society.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I recall so many memories of your Dad. That above ground pool he put in and how we spent so many hours laying by listening to our tunes as we tanned .
