Adikus is survived by his parents Blaize Fore and Megan Ward; one brother Lukas Lane Waters; grandparents, Brandy Schluterman, Steven Snyder, Allen Ward, Amanda Dry, Jeremy Fore, Manda McCombs, and Nene- Nickolle Ard; one uncle, Jake Ward and aunt Kenzi Knisley; godmother, Mackensie Tabler.

Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Roller-Cox Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Boren officiating.
