of Hensley, AR

February 27, 1947 - December 12, 2021

Debra Plaxco Trombley died December 12, 2021, in Little Rock at the age of 74. She passed peacefully and pain-free with family at her side.

Debra was born on February 27, 1947, near Dardanelle, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Raymond, and Sue Ellen Plaxco, and her beloved husband of 44 years, Larry Trombley.

She is survived by her son Jonathan Moore and daughter-in-law Amy Dunn Johnson; grandchildren, Erica Moore and Sydney, Emery, and Ansley Johnson; her brother and sister-in-law J. Michael Plaxco and Yvonne Plaxco, and their son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Cherilyn Plaxco.

Debra was devoted to a host of family and friends, for whom she offered endless love and support. She never met a stranger, well-earned of her nickname, ''Hugs.''

Unwavering in her faith, she was kind, generous, and possessed of a courage and tenacity seldom seen. She will be profoundly missed.

A memorial service will be held on December 31st from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 I-30 in Little Rock.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the American Kidney Fund in Debra's name if so moved, contributions@kidneyfund.org
