Dear Rose and family,
There is no one else like Larry. He was sweet, funny, handsome, caring, and a man’s man all rolled into one. Oftentimes, Rose and Larry were like salt is to pepper, sunshine is to rain, peanut butter is to jelly, and a captain is to his first mate; definitely balancing each other out in their differences that fit together so well. This is evident in the precious photos displayed in the accompanying video.

We will never forget Larry. He was loyal and someone everyone could count on to be there when you needed him most. Our daughters loved him, because he was so attentive to them. He went out of his way to make children feel special.

We were blessed to be chosen by Larry to spend some of his last good days with he and Rose. Despite the burden of the pain and exhaustion with which he was experiencing, he put on his charming smile, shared his contagious sense of humor, and used every bit of his energy to entertain us and drive us around reminiscing about where he grew up, where is favorite places were, and bringing us to see many of his very dearest loved ones with no complaint or look of distress. It was almost hard to believe he was sick. We were so honored and humbled by his quiet faith and acceptance of God’s Will.

May the dear Lord wrap His loving arms around Rose, Tiara, Charlie, the grandkids, and all of Larry’s loved ones to bring them comfort and peace until they meet Larry once again at the Gates of Heaven.

Dear Aunt Rose and Cousins Tiara and Charlie,
My heart hurts for you and your families right now. It is hard to say goodbye to someone you have loved for so long. I will always remember my Uncle Larry as a warm and funny ginger giant. I will remember seeing him in his garage, holding a beer with a giant grin underneath that horseshoe mustache, and saying things to get Aunt Rose stirred up. I always felt safe and protected with Uncle Larry, and it makes me sad to know he's not there with you anymore. RIP Uncle Larry. Giant hugs to Aunt Rose, Tiara, Charlie and families.

All my love,
Cory

Rose and I hit it off from the beginning of our friendship. Then I met Larry and I could see how through love Rose and Larry completed each other. Two beautiful people living life. Larry had such a love for life, family and friends.

I'm grateful to have had the pleasure of knowing Larry. He was a strong personality, a good man who loved his wife and family. Not enough words to express how I wish I could known him longer.

Love you Rose

Larry was a member of our family for almost 50 years. We will miss him and his smile, his willingness to help out in anyway he could, and his love of children. I’m forever grateful that Larry and Rose opened their home to my daughter Jennifer during a difficult time in my life.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, until we join Larry and Jennifer in heaven.
