Claudine Bragdon, age 77, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at her home. Mrs. Bragdon was born November 19, 1943 in Helena to the late Claude and Maxine Crittenden. She was a housewife and a member of West Helena Baptist Church. She loved going on walks, sewing, and her cats and kittens.
Mrs. Bragdon leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 34 years, Joe Bragdon; nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E.W. Miller.
A funeral service for Claudine Bragdon will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 20, 2021 at West Helena Baptist Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Brother Bob Ross will officiate.
Pallbearers are Jason Webster, George Webster, Ricky Tinsley, Rusty Porter, Ed Pat Wright and Josh Proffitt.
Honorary pallbearers are Bob Ross, Steve Toney, Eddie Schieffler, Howard Taylor and Laymon Pierce.

Joe, so very sorry to learn of Claudine’s passing. It seems I knew both of you for so many years growing up and then as a couple. Always friends and our talks usually at WalMart. Immediately thought of articles to the Arkansas Democrat. Just know you are in my thoughts and prayers!

We are so sorry to hear about Claudine's passing. May God give you His comfort and peace in this very difficult time.
We had a lot of wonderful memories growing up. I especially remember one Christmas I asked for a game called Life. We had Christmas at Mammaw's house, and when I saw the gift wrapped box, I knew what it was. Claudine talked me into opening it. So we went into a closet and were playing the game, someone missed us then heard our laughter in the closet. We were caught!
