Patsy Caldwell, age 82, of Lexa, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at her home. She was born January 6, 1939 in Blackton, Arkansas to the late Ada Pepper Moore and Roy Archie Moore. Mrs. Caldwell was a member of Twin City Church of Christ in West Helena, Arkansas.
She is survived by her son, Ted Caldwell of Lexa, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Tiffany Boelens, Marissa Jett, Jason Haynes, Summer Caldwell, Katie Caldwell, and Emma Scaife; six great grandchildren, Charles Harris, Jr., Peyton Harris, Parker Boelens, Annsley Boelens, Colton Malone and Autumn Williams; a host of other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William E. "Butch" Caldwell; parents, Ada and Roy Moore; son, James Keith Caldwell.
A funeral service for Mrs. Patsy Caldwell will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 12, 2021 at Twin City Church of Christ in West Helena. Visitation will begin an hour before the service at 10:00 a.m., at the church as well. Burial to follow to Sunset Memorial Park.
Honorary pallbearers are Jason Haynes, C.J. Harris, Peyton Harris, Rusty Boelens, and Kevin Moore.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Twin City Church of Christ in West Helena, Arkansas or for the burial expenses for Mrs. Patsy Caldwell. Donations can be sent to the address of, Twin City Church of Christ at 1615 US 49, West Helena, Arkansas, 72390.

Tiffany, I am so sorry about Ms. Patsy. I knew she was sick but did not know she had passed. I remember her so well and that she always had a smile. She was beautiful inside and out. Prayers for you all!

She was such an awesome lady. I remember when she worked for the cable company there she always treated everyone with respect and dignity. God is rejoicing for the addition to his kingdom. Our prayers are going out to our Lord for the family with their loss.
