Louis R. Bullard, 70, of Benton, AR passed away Monday, October 4, 2021. The son of JT and Thelma Davis Bullard, Louis was born in Benton October 27, 1950.
For thirty-four years, Louis was married to the love of his life, Joyce Wheeler Bullard. He is survived by Joyce and their 4 children, Michael Chisim, Yvonne Snyder, LaDonnya (Robert) McClerkin and Chris (Amanda) Wainscott; grandchildren Brick Beaty, Savannah and Hannah McClerkin; his sister and brother, Patricia Eggers and Robert (Carolyn) Bullard. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Roger Bullard and Lonnie Ables.
Visitation will be Friday, October 8 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home, 306 S. Main St., Benton, AR.

Louis was my cousin. We have lots of great family memories. He will be greatly missed. We pray peace that passes all understanding for all the family.
