Darnell Hayden Wood, 57, of Bassett, Arkansas, passed away Friday, August 27, 2021. She was born February 16, 1964 in Turrell, Arkansas to William Elisa and Billie Madge Hayden. She was married for many years to Dennis Wood. Darnell loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, needle point, and sewing for her grandchildren. She is survived by her son: Logan (Alecia) Wood; daughter: Ashley Nicole Wood (Bryne Winston); grandchildren: Kaylee Nicole Wood and Elena Clare Winston; sister: Theresa (Joe) Tucker. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother: Rickey Lynn Hayden.
