Kevin Dawn Blanchard of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021. He was born in Osceola, Arkansas on September 13, 1961, to Grover Blanchard and Doris Louise Edwards. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved ones. He is survived by his loving daughter: Kevicia Blanchard (Randy) Cody; granddaughters: Khanya Dawn Blanchard-Hollis, Jada Alese Hollis, Randria Tachelle Cody; brothers: Anthony Carl Williams, Wallace (Carol) Williams, Derrie (Cansella) Hale, Teral (Corinne) Blanchard; sisters: Cheryl Lynn Williams, Marilyn Houston, Debra Hopkins-Jones, Kimberly Edwards. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters: Sandra Seahorn, Linda Williams, Barbara Jo Hopkins, Ronica Blanchard; brother: Marty Edwards and brother-in-law: Sylvester Jones. The Memorial Visitation will be held at Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola, Arkansas on Saturday, August 28, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
