Leroy Wheeler, Jr., 71 of Conway, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in Greenbrier, Arkansas. Mr. Wheeler was born Saturday, June 10, 1950 in Conway, Arkansas to the late Lee Roy Wheeler, Sr., and the late Ellen Jo Wheeler.
Leroy worked for over fifty years in the transportation industry, and enjoyed spending time with family, especially grandchildren, and loved family breakfast.
Left to cherish Mr. Wheeler's memory are his wife of many years; Karen Hensley, two sons; Brian Wheeler (Rena) of Conway, Arkansas, Greg Wheeler (Becky) of Greenbrier, Arkansas, one daughter; Shannon Casey (Perry) of Holland, Arkansas, three grandchildren; Ashlyn Casey, Haley Wheeler, Charles Wheeler, two brothers; Curtis Wheeler (Mary) of Mayflower, Arkansas, Jaymie Wheeler of Conway, Arkansas and by several extended family and friends. We would like to thank our mother Karen Hensley for the excellent care that she gave our dad and the Greenbrier Nursing and Rehab.
Leroy is preceded in death by his parents, one brother; Allen Wheeler, and one sister; Lisa Wheeler.
Visitation for Mr. Wheeler will be Monday, August 16, 2021 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier, Arkansas from 6-8 P.M. A graveside service will be at 2P.M. Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Marcus Hill Cemetery in Enola, Arkansas. Serving as Pallbearers are Brian Wheeler, Greg Wheeler, Perry Casey, Billy Teas, Sr., Billy Teas, Jr., and Jon House. Honorary Pallbearers will be Curtis Wheeler and Jaymie Wheeler. Brother Chris Hackler will officiate.

To the wheeler family my husband George Myers y'all would probably know him better about Bo Diddley drove truck with Leroy for years I just wanted to let you know that I am very sorry my husband passed away in January so I just wanted to say something for him that he we that he really enjoyed Leroy a lot and he spent a lot of hours with him and all the other truck drivers I hope all of them are in heaven driving trucks and having a ball I sincerely send my condolences to the family and thank you all very much Sheila Myers
Not only was he the best father in law a girl could ask for but he was the best papa. He loved his grandchildren so much. Your wings were ready but our hearts were not love you Dad

My heart goes out to the wheeler family many prayers have been given for junior I've known him since I was 16 great guy great husband and a great father
