Kathleen Jo Collins, 74, of Mountain Home, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021. She was born May 4, 1947, in Akron, Ohio to Floyd and Betty (Jenkins) Seelye. She had a passion for horse back riding, gardening, dancing and just being creative. She always loved meeting new people. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Kathleen is survived by three children: Chris, Daniel, and Dione; eight grandchildren: Sheila, Brian, Victoria, Michael, Lauren, Nicholas, Logan, and Maelee; four great-grandchildren: Caylee, Aubrey, Annie, and Keith, and sister: Becky. She is preceded in death by her husband: Chester Collins, parents, and brother: Charles.
