On February 19, 2021 Alma Jean Ellis age 82 of Little Rock, AR went to Heaven to be with her husband, mother, father, son, granddaughter and her Savior Lord Jesus Christ, all welcoming her with open arms. Jean was born in Little Rock, AR on September 15th 1938, Alma is a retiree from AT & T teletype.
She loved her grandkids and great grandkids very much. She loved to gamble and be social with anyone. Alma loved country music and old western movies. Her survivors are her three grandkids, Rickie Cox(Lydia Cox) of Paron and Shayla Elrod(Bo Elrod)of Redfield, Whit Norman(Betsy Norman) of Lamar along with 10 great grandkids, Tyler Yarberry, Jacob Yarberry, Zoey Yarberry, Kristopher Wright, Ryleigh Cox, Kyler Cox, Kirstin Elrod, Kaylee Elrod, James Elrod Jr. and Aubrianna Norman, also other family members and friends to her.
A Memorial Service will be held at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Pastor T.J. Strickland officiating, located at 2504 E. Dixon Road Little Rock, AR 72206, Saturday February 27th at 4 p.m.
We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 50 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.
Mamaw was a sweet woman with a sweet heart!! She has left a legacy of her sweet and kind heart with all her kids and family!!! May God bring comfort to all of you!! She will be missed!! Debbie and Kristopher

Boy oh boy i don’t know where to start. I love you and miss you more than anything in this world. I know your are beyond happy seeing daddy and all of them but I sure wasn’t ready for you to leave us. I sure don’t know what imma do with out you here.
