It really broke my heart to not be at my Dad's funeral. Saturday night I suffered with a painful gall bladder which will be scheduled for removal ASAP. Loved my Daddy who was always there for us. A man devoted to his family and his work. Also was very capable of any kind of carpentry, mechanical or electronics. Will the Dew circle be unbroken and may we all meet in HEAVEN.
You were the best man I ever knew and were always there for me when I needed help. I will miss you for as long as I live.
Uncle Thomas was an amazing and kind man. I’m so glad that we got to know him as adults and shared so many fun and cherished time with him and Aunt Frances.
The respect that he gave my dad during the “roast†of the in-laws at one of our Dew Family Reunions is etched in my mind forever! And the respect and love he showed the Cooley family as my dad passed away in 1988 made me love him even more.
Rest easy, Uncle Thomas. I hope that there is a Dew Family Reunion in Heaven that we will all be able to attend one day.
Love to all my Aunt Sammie, and all my “Dew Cousinsâ€. 💜💜
Thank you Sir, for accepting me in and always being supportive. Wish I had done more for you. You set a great example...
Mr. Dew, I never had the pleasure of meeting you on this earth. But I know you were a very fine man, based on your amazing daughter, my friend Janie Dew McGowan. It takes a special man to father special people. Blessings on your family.
Thank you for being a wonderful human being. I was blessed to have you as a moral model and daddy. You are one of the good guys who rides into view and saves the day. I carry the Dew name with pride. I too, like Janie, will love you and be grateful to you for all eternity.
You have always been my hero, Daddy Dew. I will love you for eternity. I am so thankful that you were my Dad.
Mr Dew was a good man and had a fine family. Praying for his family ðŸ™. Joe Thomason
Grandaddy Dew was the best of the best! What a blessing you have been to everyone that you have come across in your long and blessed life. I had the honor of making you a grandaddy and am blessed by the memories we have made together. You will be greatly missed but I am so thankful that you have made it to your eternal home in Heaven with your family and friends but most of all, with your beautiful wife and my Granny. We will see you all again one day and what a party that will be!!
We have fond memories of Uncle Thomas that he shared as he talked about his time in Jasmine and duck hunting with my father, "Happy." We will miss him!
Love & prayers,
Tommy & Shirley
