Chris Hurley, 54, of Bee Branch, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 11, 2020. He was born December 27, 1965, in Russellville, Arkansas, to the late Marilyn Story.

Chris was a Mechanic who really enjoyed working on cars. He never met a stranger and Chris's big personality was only matched by his even bigger heart. He was a loving father and poppy; Chris loved more than anything spending time with his grandkids.
He was an active member of Main Line Full Gospel Church in Bee Branch and a member of Friends Recovery.

He was preceded in death by his mother and grandson,Tyler Wright.

Survivors include three daughters, Rosanne Hurley (Tayler), Sarah Hurley (Hunter), and Teri Hurley (Steven); grandchildren, Jaylynn, Trenten, Tracyn, Aubree, Keagyn, Siriniti, Juliun, and one on the way, Everly; brothers, Dion Brents and Duane Hurley, and sister, Shelley Calloway.

Not sure where to start other then he was my BEST FRIEND.. remember don’t know what we have till it’s gone.. “life is to short enjoy the ride” Chris modo... I cry daily and miss you more then ever and I all I do is think about our last 3 months of fighting , and our talks we had and , guys all he wanted was exceptance , through his battles , I totally understand them words to this day, and it’s hard to live life when ur not excerpted me cause of addiction, by why bother if nobody gonna be there , and or judge for the next is no better.. he was a fighter and it really breaks my heart deeply that he left us to soon .. love ya and I respected you whether we agreed or not because you was there for me from my struggles

We were saddened to hear of Chris's passing. He installed siding for us for a few years, and we can't think of a single conversation with him that he didn't say something about his girls or grandbabies. He loved each of you so much. We are so sorry for your loss and will keep you in our prayers.

Chris had a big loving heart and adored his family. He will be missed so much but our memories of the good times we cherish of him will keep him alive in our hearts until we meet again one day!
