Sterling ''Buster'' Briggs, Jr., 68,of Crawfordsville, Arkansas passed away Monday, March 9, 2020 in Marianna, Arkansas. Buster was born May 30, 1951 to Henry Sterling Briggs Sr. and Francis Jean McDaniel Briggs.
Buster is survived by one son, Bubba (Kindale) Briggs of Proctor, Arkansas; one daughter, Katie (Wayne) Story of Moro, Arkansas; six wonderful grandchildren, Beau, Allie Jane, Dena K., Blade, Will and Katie and one brother, Mike (Judy) Briggs of Crawfordsville. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Buster, a graduate of Arkansas State University, farmed most of his life. He served many years on the Crittenden County Quorum Court. In his spare time he enjoyed duck hunting and trout fishing.
In Lieu of flowers the family request you give to the charity of your choice.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.

I have some wonderful memories of Mr Buster that I will always cherish. He was a kind man who loved his children and grandchildren so much. I am praying that Bubba and Katie find peace in this difficult time.
