Virginia Pedrita Nunez, 62, of Bartlett, TN, passed away on February 1, 2020, in her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born February 17, 1957 to Benedicto and Rosita Sartin, in Tondo, Manila, Philippines. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; her sister Francis Miller (Thomas); and her brother Romeo Sartin.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Jose Nunez; her four children, Willie Nathan (Aimee), William Nathan (Margizelle), Chyna Cunningham, and Kelly Cunningham (Bailey); her ten grandchildren, Sydney Nathan, Connor Nathan, Ariana Nathan, Isabella Nathan, Simon Nathan, Liam Nathan, Seth Samuelson, Amaudie Orozco, Savanna Orozco, and Riley Gonzales; her sister, Rosalinda Welling (Warren); her two brothers, Honorato Sartin (Jenny) and Ricky Sartin (Teresa); and a host of nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, and a great many of friends.
Visitation will be held at Roller Family Funeral Home, on Saturday, February 8, 2020, 4PM to 6PM, with a funeral service immediately following.
Interment will be private.

Everyone should have an "Aunt Virgie" in their life. She was always on side, even if it was to help me see another point of view. She always approached life with laughter and could brighten my day with her hugs. As a kid she taught me how to dance and navigate through my teenage years. As an adult she helped me raise my own kids and made sure each one of my kids would have their our "Aunt Virgie" stories of their own. Each one knows the love and warmth of being welcomed in her home for family bonding and laughing the night away!. I will carry her memories in my heart and hope I can shine as brightly as she did. My heart breaks for my Uncle Jose, I can only imagine the sorrow felt when you love someone with all of your heart and must find a way to move on without them. I am so glad that my sons have this strong role model that shows them how to support your family and love your wife through anything that comes your way. Hugs to all of my family. She was a beautiful soul and I will miss her.
