Herbert H. Taylor, 82, of Bartlett, TN, passed away in his home, on September 23, 2019, surrounded by those who loved him.

He was born on July 26, 1937, in Wynne, AR, to his parents, Robert and Lillian Taylor.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Judy Taylor; his son, Greg Scott (Rebecca); his daughters, Jill Taylor and Dayla Wells; his daughter-in-law, Cindy Scott; his nine grandchildren, Josh, Kenzie, Summer, Chris, Sherell, Tracy, Addi, Luke, and Rob; and his two great-grandchildren, Perri and Ross.

Herbert proudly served his nation and retired from the US Army.

Interment will be held at West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Road, Memphis, TN, on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests for memorial donations to be made to West Cancer Center (westcancercenter.org) and/or American Cancer Society (cancer.org).
