Linda S. Sparks, 65, of Brighton, Tennessee passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 in Memphis, Tennessee. She was born Tuesday, April 28, 1953 to Robert and Frances Wilkerson Higgins.
She is survived by her husband, Larry M. Sparks, of the home, two sons, David Morgan (Beth), of Brighton, Tennessee, Michael Sparks (Stephine), of Washington State, three daughters, Mary Ann Morgan-Kight (Larry), of Millington, Tennessee, Lisa Warlick (Bill), of North Carolina, and Sheila Goodman (Matt), of North Carolina, sixteen grandchildren, Michael Morgan, Dakota Dobbs, Hunter Dobbs, Ethan Woods, Peyton Fair, Houston Graham, Dylan Kight, Cheyenne Kight, Brewer Warlick, Camden Warlick, Carter Warlick, Marshall Goodman, Wyatt Goodman, Colt Goodman, McKenzie Sparks, Brittany Stott, one great-grandchild, Neely Rhea Fair, three sisters, Joyce Matthews, of Michigan, Robbie Higgins, of Michigan and Frankie Burchfiel (Rusty), of Tennessee, and one brother, Billy Gene Emery, of North Carolina, two brothers-in-law, Dennis Broom and Norris Webb, one sister-in-law, Emily George and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Frances Wilkerson Higgins, step-parents, Thelma Higgins-Benham and John Benham, four sisters, Jackie Turnage, Melinda Pledger, Lois Broom, and Sonja Webb, and three brothers, Eldridge ''Stinky'' Honeycutt, Carl Emery and Otis George.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Salem Cemetery in Moro, Arkansas with Brother Terry Cobbs officiating. Larry,I havent seen or talked to you in a while but I have wondered how you have been. I keep up with the notices and read about your loss. Im sure you will see her again, some bright morning when this life is 'over, hopefully we' ll all fly away.

Larry and family, my deepest sympathy for your loss. Larry, when we talked last Thursday, I was pleased that you both had been approved for a new medical device. Later you told me that Linda had a very good day all day Thursday. As you know, Linda was
one of my favorite nieces for very good reasons. She was kind and caring, while being a no-nonsense person. When anyone was talking to her, she seemed genuinely interested in what she had to say. She was a good wife to you, a good Mother and grandmother. She loved all of you, as well as her brothers and sisters. Our loss in surely Heaven's gain.
