Billy John Carper, 79, of Stuttgart died Sunday, January 13, 2019 at his home. Bill was born April 25, 1939 in Paris, Arkansas to Pershing John and Anna Bell Burns Carper.
Bill was an over the road trucker, and a carpenter. He also was a member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of fifty-nine years: Annette Halley Carper. Survivors are his son John Paul Carper of White Hall, Arkansas, his daughter Teresa Ricks (Gary) of Guthrie, Oklahoma, one sister Judy McInvale of Stuttgart, two brothers: Bobby Joe Carper of Stuttgart and Ricky Carper of Coleman, Florida, several nieces, nephews, and cousins. One special great-grand niece: Cessily Putt of Stuttgart and extended family.
A memorial service will be held at Emanuel Lutheran Church at 10:00 am on February 2, 2019. Burial will be in the Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery by Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939.
