Patricia ''Pat'' Charlene Duffle, age 82, of England, passed away, Tuesday, January 5, 2016. She was born in Cotton Plant, Arkansas, on March 17, 1933, to Bill Britt and Lula Atkins, where she spent the first part of her life before moving to California with her sister. Pat married her husband Clete in January of 1979 in Las Vegas, Nevada, giving them 37 years of wonderful marriage. Pat was a member of the Church of Christ of England. She retired from Wal-Mart where she worked all across the country and was a past member of the Eastern Star and a past Counsel Member of Jobs' Daughters.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Gary Shumaker (Judy), of Irvine, CA, and Shane Duffle (Jessie), of Hendersonville, TN; three daughters, Cheryl Burnett (Bob), Oroville, CA, Toni Bell, of Wheatland MO, and Shawn Beeman (Mike), of Bakersfield, CA; twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one sister.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 8, 2016, at 3:00 p.m., at the Church of Christ in England, AR. Arrangements by Roller-England Funeral Home (501)-842-3939.
The family requests memorials to be made in Pat's memory to the Arkansas Chapter of The American Heart Association, 909 West 2nd Street, Little Rock, AR 72201. Please note specifically for the Arkansas Chapter.
