Mildred E. Ticer, 96 died December 28, 2015. She was born December 7, 1919 to Elisah and Mary Hill in McNary Co.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband , Grover Ticer. She leaves behind two daughters, Charlotte Nix Ray of Memphis and Sheila Doris Nix of Foley, AL, two sons, Randy Royce Rutledge of Hamburg, AR and Robert Christopher Smith of Foley AL. One brother Culis Hill of Drummonds, TN, 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday December 31, 2015 10-11 am at Roller Family Funeral Home with service to follow at 11am. Burial will be at Memphis Memory Gardens.
