Mark James Orlando Milligan passed away on April 15, 2025. He was born on March 16, 1966 to Patrick Milligan and Sharon Barker Milligan in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He graduated from Lakeside High School in 1984.
Mark grew up riding dirt bikes and his love of riding motorcycles continued throughout his life. He spent almost 30 years in the water department at Conway Corporation, where his friends lovingly referred to him as Big Fel. He retired early due to health issues.
He is preceded in death by his parents. Mark leaves behind his son, Sawyer, his daughter, Taylor, and his granddaughter, Hailyn. Mark also leaves behind his sister, Melinda, his niece, Brooke, and a plethora of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, Arkansas on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 1:00 with service to follow at 2:00.
Damn what a bummer. Such a good driver. I don’t trust just anyone on a motorcycle but he made me feel SO safe. Was looking forward to making the Halloween trip to Eureka again someday. I’ll really miss you. Greatful for the time we had. So sorry. You will be missed!

I’m not even sure how to put into words how much my heart is hurting right now. Mark was definitely one of a kind and made my life so much better just by being a part of it. He was one of the kindest, most loving people I know He will be sorely missed.
